How to prepare for Service

Updated on July 30th, 2020

We want to ensure your service goes as smoothly as possible. We also want to achieve the best clean for your home. Please read the following on how you can make this a reality!

House Washes:

• Please make sure all windows and doors are closed. Please turn off all exterior lights. Customers can remove window screens if they would like for a better window clean, we do not remove or replace window screens

• Please do not schedule other technicians at the same time such as HVAC, Lawn care, or Roofers. This slows service down for both parties and causes an overall inconvenience.

• Please have personal items on or against the siding of the home moved at least 3 ft away from the home.  If not, those areas behind the items might not be cleaned.

• Please keep all pets indoors during service.

• Please have any gates unlocked for ease of access.

• Please have your water spicket ready to be used with your personal hose detached. We do not use your hoses for liability reasons.

• Please move vehicles a minimum of 10 ft away from the house or store them in the garage during service. We do not want to get our soapy house detergent on your vehicles.

• If you have to leave your home during service, please do not use the door where cleaning is currently in progress. The soaps dripping down can potentialy stain your clothing. We suggest using a door that we have not been by to clean yet or wait a minimum of 5 minutes after we have rinsed and left that side of the home. Feel free to call our phone number to ask if it is okay to walk through a spefic door if you are unsure.

Concrete Cleanings:

• Please have all personal items to include furniture, pots, toys, mats, hoses, etc., removed off the concrete before service. Loose organic debris like sticks, dirt, rocks, and leaves are fine, we will clean those off.

• Please keep all pets indoors during service.

• Please have any gates unlocked for ease of access.

• Please have your water spicket ready to be used with your personal hose detached. We do not use your hoses for liability reasons.

• Please move vehicles off the concrete or store in the garage during service.

• Please do not schedule other technicians at the same time such as HVAC, Lawn care, or Roofers. This slows service down for both parties and causes an overall inconvenience.

• Please allow concrete to dry before walking on it. We post treat the concrete with a brightener that might stain your carpet if still wet. If you happen to walk on the wet concrete, please remove your shoes before walking around your home.

Fence Restoration:

• Please have personal items on or against the fencing moved at least 10 ft away and bushes trimmed that are against the fence.  If not, those areas behind the items might not be cleaned.

• Please keep all pets indoors during service.

• Please have any gates unlocked for ease of access.

• Please talk to and inform your neighbors about the cleaning if the outside of your fence is in or along their property line. We will have to walk through their gate or property to clean that section of fencing.

• Please do not schedule other technicians at the same time such as HVAC, Lawn care, or Roofers. This slows service down for both parties and causes an overall inconvenience.

• Please have your water spicket ready to be used with your personal hose detached. We do not use your hoses for liability reasons.

Deck Restoration:

• Please have personal and delicate items such as furniture, plants, and antiques on or against the deck removed.  If not, those areas behind or under the items might not be cleaned

• Please keep all pets indoors during service.

• Please have any gates unlocked for ease of access.

• If the deck is a second story without exterior access, we may have to walk through your home to clean. Please keep that in mind. We have ladders if need be and may use those depending on the access and the surrounding landscape.

• Please have your water spicket ready to be used with your personal hose detached. We do not use your hoses for liability reasons.

• Please do not schedule other technicians at the same time such as HVAC, Lawn care, or Roofers. This slows service down for both parties and causes an overall inconvenience.
